Return & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our garments and want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with exchanges or store credit in line with the policy below.

General Policy

  • Products once dispatched or delivered cannot be returned for a refund. They may only be exchanged for another product or store credit.

  • Items will only be considered for exchange or store credit if they are unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Damaged, soiled, or altered returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  • Where provided, accessories such as belts, buttons, or designer packaging (e.g., muslin bags, envelopes, boxes) must be returned along with the garment.

  • Custom-made / made-to-measure orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • No exchanges or returns are accepted on discounted/sale merchandise.

  • Refunds will only be processed (where applicable) in cases where goods are received defective, not as described, or delivered later than the scheduled date. Refund processing may take up to 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.


Exchange in India

  1. To initiate an exchange, please write to us at info@himaniarora.in or contact us via WhatsApp at +91 72789-20000 within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

  2. Our customer care team will confirm your request and provide instructions. Wherever possible, we will arrange a pickup via our courier partner. If a pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our warehouse address (details will be provided).

  3. Please pack your items securely in their original packaging and enclose all original tags, accessories, and designer covers. Once we receive the product and verify the condition, your exchange or store credit will be processed.


Exchange Outside India

  • At present, we do not accept direct returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In exceptional cases, if a customer is able to facilitate the return of goods from India at an address where pickup is possible, we are happy to assist with an exchange.


Important Notes

  • Items without tags or packaging will not be accepted. In case you receive a shipment without tags, please notify our customer care immediately.

  • All exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size, style, or color. In case the requested product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used only on Himaniarora.in.
